By browsing the site or placing an order with Ghazl byNoha, you’re agreeing to what follows. We’ve tried to write it the way we’d explain it in person.
About the pieces
Every piece is crocheted by hand. Photos are honest, but small variations in colour, size, and texture are part of the craft. Yours will not look exactly like the photo, and that is the point.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Orders are paid in cash to the courier on delivery. Once you confirm an order, the price is locked at that amount even if we adjust the price on the site later.
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind, write to orders@ghazlbynoha.com as soon as you can. Before we hand the parcel to the courier we can cancel anything. After dispatch, see the returns page.
When we may decline an order
If something looks off, like duplicate orders from the same address in quick succession, addresses we can’t reach, or any sign of misuse, we may pause or cancel the order and refund any payment. We’ll always tell you why.
Intellectual property
The Ghazl name, logo, photographs, and copy on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy them for your own shop. But feel free to share photos of pieces you’ve bought on social media (we love to see them).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute we can’t resolve directly will be handled by the competent courts of Cairo.
