Each piece is one of one and made by hand. Before you send anything back, please write to orders@ghazlbynoha.com so we can sort it out with you directly.
If your piece arrives damaged
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of what you received. We’ll either repair the piece, replace it, or refund you in full, whichever fits best. We cover return shipping in this case.
If you change your mind
Because every piece is made by hand for the person who ordered it, we don’t do no-questions returns. That said, write to us. If a piece doesn’t feel right and we can find a home for it, we’ll work something out. Return shipping in that case is on you.
Mended, not replaced
If something we made comes apart in normal use, even months later, write to us. We’d rather mend a piece you love than have it sit broken in a drawer.
