Where we ship
Every piece is crocheted in Cairo and ships to all 27 Egyptian governorates. We don’t ship outside Egypt right now. If you’re abroad and want a piece, write to us and we’ll see what’s possible.
How you pay
Orders are cash on delivery. The courier collects the full amount (your piece plus the delivery fee) when they hand the parcel to you. No card needed.
What it costs
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the governorate you’re shipping to. You’ll see the exact amount before you confirm the order.
How long it takes
Most pieces are already made and ready to ship. Once your order is confirmed, the courier usually delivers within a few business days for Cairo and Giza, and a little longer for other governorates. If a piece is being made to order, we’ll tell you in the confirmation email.
If you’re not home
The courier will call before delivery. If they can’t reach you, they’ll try again. If we can’t complete the delivery after a couple of attempts, we’ll write to you to figure it out together.
